Sharon is a partner in the firm's Washington, DC office. She assists national and state banks, savings associations, investment companies, mortgage bankers, and other licensed lenders in the development and maintenance of nationwide consumer finance programs, including mortgage lending, personal property secured lending, and securities non-purpose credit.
Sharon's practice from 1991 to 1998 focused on banking, real estate, and commercial transactions, including representation of financial institutions and other clients in commercial, real estate, and consumer lending matters; foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings; and real estate acquisition, development, and financing transactions.
Sharon is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Business Law, Consumer Financial Services Committee and the Banking Law Committee. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Section of Business Law, Section of Real Property, and Planning & Zoning. She is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar, Antitrust and Consumer Law Section.
Sharon received her law degree in 1991 from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, University College.
