Jason helps businesses navigate the evolving landscape of consumer protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws. As a partner in our Washington, DC office and a member of the firm's Credit Reporting, Privacy, and Data Security Practice Group, he advises clients on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and change management strategies. Jason also represents businesses in litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions, ensuring they remain proactive in meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
With extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory matters, Jason works with clients to:
- Develop and maintain compliance programs that align with consumer protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws.
- Respond to government investigations, enforcement actions, and regulatory inquiries.
- Manage litigation and implement efficient dispute resolution strategies.
Before joining Hudson Cook, Jason served as Vice President of Legal at Equifax Inc., where he advised on regulatory matters, investigations, risk management, government and media relations, and cybersecurity. He also managed high-volume litigation and designed strategies to improve efficiency in handling legal disputes.
Jason is committed to helping businesses implement proactive compliance strategies while effectively managing regulatory and litigation risks.
